As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Papers submitted for publication must conform to the following guidelines:

  • Papers must be typed in one-half spaced on A4-paper size;
  • Tables, figures and references, length is about 2500-3000 words and should be typed, 1 spacing.
  • All submission must include a 150-200 word abstract;
  • Full name(s) of the author(s) must be stated, along with his/her/their institution and complete address;
  • All submission should be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format;
  • Library sources in quotations use American Psychological Association APA Style

 

Article Title

Article title it is short, easy to understand, and conveys the important aspects of the research. The article title is written using the 14 pt, bold, with the middle margin without spaces before and after writing.

 

Author Name and Affiliation

Author name is written without title and position (like Prof., Dr, Director, etc.). The last name is not abbreviated. Write the full name according to the diploma or personal documents. The name of the author uses font Goudy Old Style 12 pt with top and bottom spaces 12 pts.

Affiliate Institutions: name of department/faculty, university name, university address, and country where the author is located.  Also, write a correspondence address or email address.  The author's affiliate institution is written in footnotes by giving a number mark behind the author's name. Using Goudy Old font Style 12 pt with top and bottom spaces 12 pts.

 

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract uses English with 100-200 words. An Abstract summarizes the major aspects of a paper. It is usually one paragraph long, and should succinctly summarize the purpose of the paper, the methods used, the major results, and the author's implication and conclusions. Avoid citing references in the abstract. Paraphrase rather than quoting. Use active rather than passive voice (but without personal pronouns). Keyword is a label of the script that will facilitate indexation and search. Keywords must describe the contents of the article. The summary is only used if the extension is generally known. Each keyword is separated by commas (,). Keywords using Goudy Old Style font 12 pt, italic, and margin justify with top and bottom spaces 12 pts.

 

Page Size

The page size MUST be set to A4 paper 12 pt Goudy Old Style font. Standard margins (2.5" on the top and bottom and 2.5" on the left and right), on one side of the paper only, with pages numbered consecutively.
